Refund Policy
At BusyBees Group, we are dedicated to delivering services that meet and exceed your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with our services, we offer the following options:
- Service Complaints: If a service does not meet your satisfaction, please inform us within 24 hours of its completion. We will arrange a re-service at no additional cost to ensure you are completely satisfied.
- Cancellations:
- 72 Hours or More: Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service time are free of charge.
- Between 48 to 72 Hours: A cancellation fee of 30% of the deposited amount will apply.
- Less Than 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service will result in a 50% deduction from the deposited amount.
- Refunds: Refunds are available if the service is not provided due to any fault on our part. Please note that refunds will be processed after deducting a 10% processing fee from the total service fee.
- Non-Refundable Items: Please be aware that any materials or special supplies purchased specifically for your service are non-refundable.
- Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the service date. We aim to process all refund requests within 7-14 business days.
